    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 11, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are still waiting to hear from USEPA on several issues before
    resuming settlement discussions.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 11, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
       
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
