    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 11, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent has cleaned up part of the site, but still needs to remove the tires.
    Respondent has not decided whether he would like to settle this matter or proceed to hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 4:30 p.m. on September 13, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
