    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 11, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reports that respondent has made some
    technical changes, but the consent decree in a related matter should soon be finalized. Petitioner
    agreed to file an additional waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
       
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 11, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
      
    The decision deadline in this case is January 5, 2006.
