HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On August 9, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status

conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner’s

attorney was going contact its environmental consultant to determine the status of closure

activities and the necessity of maintaining this appeal.

  

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 8, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
