    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 4, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector will revisit the site, as respondent believes that clean-
    up is complete. If the site is clean, complainant’s attorney will send respondent a proposed
    stipulation and settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:15 a.m. on October 4, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
