    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 3, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss penalty amount. Respondent’s attorney is
    waiting to hear from respondent regarding the latest proposal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 6, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
