HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 28, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner informed the hearing officer that it is preparing a corrective
action completion report and submit it to the respondent for review in anticipation of a no further
remediation letter. The final boring sample has been completed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on September 8, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing
