    follows:

    On May 27,2004, Illinois EPA issued an Administrative Citation to Respondents Joseph
    Luparell and
    Troy Curley, based
    on
    an inspection
    conducted
    on
    April
    12, 2004.
    (2)
    On or about June 30,
    2004, Respondents
    filed timelypetitions
    forreview with this Board.
    (3)
    Since
    the
    liling of the petitions
    for review,
    Illinois EPA has
    uncovered additional
    facts
    relating to the violations
    cited against the remaining Respondents in this Administrative Citation.
    Based
    on its review ofthis
    information
    and
    the fact that no compliance issues remain in this ease, Illinois EPA
    believes
    it
    is now appropriate
    to withdraw this Administrative
    Citation.
    WHEREFORE, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency requests that the Board dismiss the
    pending action against
    all
    Respondents.
