HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainants requested an extension of time until August 3, 2005, to file a
response to respondents’ motion to stay the proceedings, and respondents did not object. The
request is granted. Additionally, with no objection by complainants, respondents’ motion for
extension of time to answer the complaint is granted. A new deadline will be established when
the Board rules on the motion to stay the proceedings.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 27, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
