HEARING OFFICER ORDER

Due to a conflict with the hearing officer’s schedule, the telephonic status conference that

was scheduled for August 11, 2005, has been rescheduled to the date and time noted below.

 

The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference is scheduled for August 25,

2005, at 9:00 a.m. Complainant must initiate the telephonic status conference, but each party is

nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be

prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,

however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be

cancelled without further notice.
