HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. It has been learned that there is more than one Gary Clover in southern Illinois,
and complainant will speak to its inspector to determine whether the violations alleged pertain to
the respondent named in this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 13, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
