    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney is waiting for approval of the settlement agreement
    from the Agency’s management.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 25, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
