HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney reports that Debra Harn is recently deceased, and he has
postponed discussions with Leo Harn regarding the proposed stipulation and settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 22, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
