HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Within the next few weeks, respondent will file a motion to withdraw his
petition for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 25, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant.
