    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On July 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent has refused complainant’s settlement offer. The parties will
    complete discovery, and be prepared to set a hearing date at the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on October 25, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
