HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 26, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, complainant had
planned to file a motion for summary judgment in June, 2005. The motion has not yet been
filed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 31, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
