    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 21, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Settlement negotiations are continuing. Respondent
    has submitted additional information for consideration of its counter-offer.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
