HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 19, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Settlement discussions are on hold while respondent examines a possible

insurance settlement with a third party involved in the alleged violations.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

complainant.
