    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 19, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to negotiate language for the proposed stipulation and
    settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 30, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the People.
