HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 14, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.
The complainant represented that a draft stipulation and proposal for settlement is being
reviewed internally and that it will be forwarded to the respondent when completed. By
agreement, respondent’s answer is now due to be filed on or before October 21, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 29, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
