HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 14, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.

Complainant represented that it will file its’ response to respondents’ motion to dismiss on or

before July 22, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on October 6, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must

be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.

At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
