HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 14, 2005, the parties informed the hearing officer that they have reached an
agreement and that a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) is being circulated for
review and signatures. Nonetheless, the parties requested that the due dates for certain pleadings
be extended. The parties’ request is granted and the complainant’s amended complaint, if
needed, is due to be filed on or before August 31, 2005. Respondent may answer or otherwise
plead to any amended complaint on or before September 16, 2005.
 
The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference is scheduled for August 11,
2005, at 10:00 a.m. Complainant must initiate the telephonic status conference, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
cancelled without further notice.
