RE: Proposed Revisions to

Leaking

Underground Storage Tank Regulations R04-22 and

R04-23

Dear Ms. Tipsord:

I am writing to clarify for the Board, testimony which has been provided by the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) regarding information provided by my

company. I am the owner of Advanced Environmental Drilling and Contracting. It has

been testified by the JEPA that I was contacted and provided rates for drum disposal. At

no time have I been contacted by any member of the IEPA regarding anything in relation

to these rulemaking proceedings. Additionally, I have not provided any rates to the IEPA

regarding the rulemaking at hand. My company does not even perform disposal of drums

containing liquid or solid waste. Ijust felt it necessary to clarify these matters in the

record of these proceedings.
