    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 13, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent agreed to send complainant an amended set of interrogatories
    because the original request exceeded the limitation set forth in Section 101.620(a) of the
    Board’s procedural rules. Respondent will mail the amended interrogatories today. Complainant
    requested a three-week extension of time to respond to the requests to admit, and respondent did
    not object. Accordingly the request is granted. Responses to the requests to admit are due by
    August 26, 2005. Written discovery responses are due by October 7, 2005.
     
    The status conference set for August 4, 2005 has been rescheduled. The parties are now
    directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on
    August 25, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
