    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 12, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner has requested a meeting with respondent’s Clean Air Act Permit
    Program staff to continue settlement negotiations.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
