HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 7, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The complainants represented that the respondent has recently forwarded a written
proposal, although an incomplete one, for their review. The respondent represented that it is
striving to forward the additional materials to the complainants prior to the next status
conference so that they may review the complete proposal. By agreement, discovery has been
suspended while the parties explore settlement.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 4, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
