CASTLE RIDGE ESTATES, INCORPORATED, Respondent herein, by and
through its undersigned attorney, for its Motion to Continue states:
1. This matter is currently set for hearing on July 19, 2005 at 10:30 a.m.
2. The undersigned is just entering his appearance ofrecord and, as a part ofhis
preliminary investigation, believes that Koch Surveying & Engineering, Inc. is a
necessary party to these proceedings, as it is believed that Koch was responsible for all
applications for all permits and licenses on behalfofCastle Ridge Estates, Incorporated.
3. The undersigned has discussed this continuance with Jovanna Homan ofthe
Attorney General’s office, and she has no objection to a coi~itinuance.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully prays that this matter be continued
from its current setting, to allow time for additional parities to be brought in and to plead.
