HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 6, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer. The parties continue to make progress on settlement negotiations.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 23, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

petitioner.

The decision deadline is currently December 1, 2005.
