HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On June 30, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they will submit a revised discovery schedule
within 7 days. The revised discovery will not extend the cut-off date, however. Complainant
anticipates that it will file a motion for summary judgment within 14 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on September 13, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
