HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 28, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is preparing a letter to respondent requesting modifications of the
permit language. The parties are optimistic that this case will be resolved without hearing. By
agreement of the parties, the deadline for filing the administrative record is extended to
August 31, 2005. Petitioner will file an open waiver of the decision deadline within the next
seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 30, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently October 20, 2005.
