HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has requested additional documents from
the respondent. Respondent anticipates that it will forward those documents within the next 14
days. The parties represented that they will continue to discuss settlement.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 25, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
