    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 28, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney will discuss the proposed stipulation and settlement
    agreement with respondents.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:45 a.m. on July 27, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
