    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 28, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will discuss complainant’s settlement offer with
    respondent.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on July 27, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
