    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 27, 2005, the parties submitted a proposed and revised discovery schedule. The
    revised discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows; all discovery must be completed
    on or before September 25, 2005. No further extensions will be entertained without good cause.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on June 30, 2005, at 1:15 p.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
    the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing.
