HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2005, the complainant informed the hearing officer that a stipulation and
proposal for settlement (stipulation) is being circulated for review and signatures. To that end, it
was agreed that all discovery deadlines have been stayed and will be revisited at the next status
conference if needed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 15, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a draft stipulation is
filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
