    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is still waiting for respondents to sign the stipulation.
    Hopefully, this matter will be resolved before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on July 27, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
