    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On June 30, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that all parties have reached a settlement. The
completion of the kennel may take approximately 11 months. The parties will discuss the
possibility of filing a stay with the Board until the kennel is completed. When completed, it is
anticipated that the complainants will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on August 4, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
