HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On June 28, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent represented that

it met with petitioners last week and discussed language of the host agreement. A traffic study

has been completed and the results will be incorporated into the host agreement. The parties are

hopeful that this matter will be resolved prior to the next status conference. The petitioner

represented that it will file a 40-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on September 22, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The status must be initiated by the petitioners, but

each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
