HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 23, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that a meeting has been held since the last status
conference discussing the issues and possible solutions. The respondent represented that it is
hopeful that it will forward a written proposal to the complainants in the near future. The parties
represented that discussions will continue. By agreement, discovery has been suspended while
the parties explore settlement.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 7, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
