HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 21, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Complainant did not appear. Respondent left a message
with his telephone number which the hearing officer referred to complainant’s attorney, Michelle
Ryan. Respondent may reach Ms. Ryan at (217) 782-5544.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on July 19, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
