    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 14, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. According to the timetable set by the parties,
    respondent should have finished cleaning the site by now. Unfortunately, only about a third of
    the site is complete. Unless respondent is able to make significant progress before the next status
    conference, this case will be set for hearing at that time.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 4:30 p.m. on July 14, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
