    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 14, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and petitioner is waiting for
    respondent’s approval letter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on July 6, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner. At
    the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
