    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 14, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant is going to send respondent a proposed stipulation and settlement
    agreement.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 4, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
