    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 14, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant’s attorney has not heard back from the
    field inspector regarding status of the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
