    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 14, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties plan to hold a conference call within the next three weeks to discuss
    the application of federal guidelines for remediation management.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 21, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
