HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 9, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is considering respondent’s settlement offer, and
agreed to file an additional waiver of the decision deadline this month.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 6, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently October 6, 2005.
