    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 7, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement, and complainant will work on a draft
    stipulation and settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 8, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
