HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 7, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent has received another violation notice from the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency. The IEPA is considering whether to ask complainant to amend the
complaint.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 12, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
