    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 7, 2005, parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency just sent respondent a request for
    financial information. When respondent submits the information, the parties will discuss
    payment options.
       
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 8, 2005. The call will be initiated by complainant, and the
    parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
