MOTION TO MODIFY BRIEFING SCHEDULE
Petitioner Waste Management of Illinois, Inc. (“WMII”), by its attorneys Pedersen &
Houpt, requests that the briefing schedule in this appeal be modified. In support of this motion,
WMII states as follows:
1.
The current briefing provides that the County’s brief is due June 3, 2005, and
WMII’s reply brief is due June 17, 2005.
2.
WMII and the County seek to modify that schedule by permitting the County to
file its brief July 22, 2005, and by giving WMII until August
5,
2005 to file its reply brief.
3.
The County does not object to this motion.
4.
WMII will file a waiver of the decision deadline to and including September 16,
2005, to facilitate the proposed modification.

WIFIEREFORE, WMII requests that the briefing schedule in this appeal be modified as
described in this motion.
